Information related to processing of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Protection of Personal Data and Safeguarding of Digital Rights, we inform you of the following issues related to the ways in which we process your personal data:
Controller: ALCOR S.L., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B01575182, and address at Polígono Industrial Júndiz – calle Arriurdina, no. 11, C.P. 01015 in Vitoria (Álava).
Purpose of processing: we inform you that we will use your personal data to manage and respond to any enquiry or request that you make via this form.
Personal data collected: all personal data that we collect via this form are those which are necessary to manage your enquiry or request in such a way that you undertake to provide them, therefore if you do not supply these data, we cannot attend to the aforementioned.
Legitimation of processing: the legal basis that legitimises the processing of your personal data is your need for the enquiry or request that you make to be attended to.
Recipients of data: no data are transferred to third parties, unless this is necessary for legal obligations to be fulfilled.
Nonetheless, for some information management issues we use third party services. These third parties act as processors and we have signed the appropriate data processing contract with them pursuant to Article 28(3) of the GDPR.
International transfers of data: we inform you that we do not make any international transfers of your personal data.
Data storage period: any personal data that you provide us with by filling in this form shall only be stored while the enquiry or request that you make to us is being managed. Thus, once the aforementioned has been handled, your data shall be erased.
Rights of the data subject as regards the processing of their data: you may request access to your personal data and you may also exercise your right to the rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of these data by sending a request in writing addressed to ALCOR S.L. at Polígono Industrial Júndiz – calle Arriurdina, no. 11 – C.P. 01015 in Vitoria (Álava), or by sending an e-mail to info@alcorgrupo.com. Where necessary, we may ask for a copy of your National Identification Card (D.N.I.) in order to verify your identity.
Complaint with the supervisory authority: you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, either on its website or at its registered office at calle Jorge Juan, no. 6, C.P. 28001 in Madrid.
